It’s amazing how you can get a parking at this hospital everyday unless if you come at very early hours of the day. So I got my spot with less problem today even though *cough* I did not came to work early today. I have 4 patients to take care of while my boss is away until the weekend, which is very rare considering there were 19 patients earlier this month. I like orthopedic dept because in a way it teaches me to be independent.

So today I’m oncall again, and the day has been going pretty smooth so far, hopefully it stays that way until tomorrow afternoon

List of things I want to do this year

Hopefully it’s not too late to start a new year resolution, but I have a lot of plans I want to do and hopefully there’s enough time to do them all. I’ll be 27 this year, yeah 27!!! sigh I am old. So in keeping with the number, i’ll be having 27 lists of things to do, interesting ain’t it?

1. kickboxing – done
2. wall climbing
3. hire a personal trainer – done
4. updating my blog regularly
5. have the boss to be my bestie
6. go to the beach topless and proud of it
7. do one good deed one day at a time
8. be good at freestyle dancing
9. a six pack!
10. finish reading my first aid USMLE books
11. be able to wear my old jeans from last year!
12. do LOCUM!
13. get a postpaid line
14. have a 27th birthday party
15. able to do a proper handstand
16. go out of the country for travel at least once this year
17…. hmm still figuring out what to do and I’m sleepy i’ll update it tomorrow k guys

how to be a best man

So last week derdz has been busy attending/being the best man for my cousin’s husband. Believe it or not, it’s a new thing for me, being the ‘pengapit’ part. So beside basically escorting the bride and groom there are nothing much to it really, except for of course having to stand in the middle of the stage for the whole duration of the wedding. My advice is, maintain your coolness at all times, you will be in most of the pictures taken during the night, so you would not want to look fugly in it, right? Ok so it has been great weekend.
